Slate to Architectural Shingles

This homeowner wanted a completely new look for their roof. So we put the Royal touch on it.

First we took off the old slate roof and replaced it with GAF HDZ charcoal shingles.

The homeowner wanted us to remove a chimney down to the deck line and install a power fan for better ventilation on a hip roof.

We also worked closely with the homeowner to make sure the ventilation for the bathrooms was satisfactory.
